Why I cannot see all my music downloaded from Apple Music on iTunes?

Do you have iCloud Music Library activated on all your devices?
iOS: Settings﹥Music﹥[Library] iCloud Music Library﹥On|Off
macOS: iTunes: Preferences﹥[General] iCloud Music Library﹥On|Off
iTunes on the computer allows you to show the ‘iCloud Download’ column, and sort by that. This will show you what has not been downloaded, using the cloud-arrow icon. All the others are local files.
