Purchase credits for a game, itdid not download. Has this happened to you?

My purchase did not download. What can I do?

If the purchase went through successfully (it shows on the account's purchase history ?) have you looked on the developer's website for a FAQ/help section and/or contacted the developer ? If they can't or won't help have you contacted iTunes Support about it ? If not : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
