Printing ERROR:/AppleBraille-Outline6DOT

I just purchased a new HP Officejet Pro 8740 printer ($297). My old HP Officejet 8600 had an alleged damaged wireless card, but I was getting the message about this font when I went to print. My brand new printer just gave me the same message and has been trying to print a document for about 10 minutes. Apple engineers decided to change the software on the printing tab and deleted the diagnostics drop down with its latest update. I spent hours and hours on end trying to resolve the printing problem, and now I get the same ERROR on my brand new printer. Can anyone help?
