Vimeo Videos have no sound when using Chrome.

I have no sound when trying to play Vimeo videos using Chrome. The video plays but there is no sound. Videos work fine using FireFox or Incognito. Also, Youtube videos work fine using Chrome. The issue is just with Vimeo videos. Any suggestions? I have cleared cache/cookies, quit Chrome & restarted, restarted computer, switched off hardware acceleration as I read in a forum, but nothing seems to work. Chrome is updated to latest version. I am using a MacBook Pro.
