What is the battery voltage on an iPad

I work as a process safety professional and am interest in the voltage the battery uses to power an iPad. I am not interested in the charging voltage (5V typically) but rather the potential available at the contact points of the iPad should something inadvertently contact those points. If that voltage is different across different models of iPads, that would be of interest too.
