AOL email keeps reloading
I just switched providers and noticed that when i got into my mail app that my mailbox is empty and it takes a few minutes to rebuild? There is no rhyme or reason as to when this happens!

Mail providers (AOL, gmail, hotmail, yahoo) or cellular carriers?
In any case, I would try and delete the mail account from your iPhone, restart the device, then add your mail account back (that can be done in Settings>Account&Password).
