MacOS doesn't boot after Boot Camp

I've seen a couple of questions like this, but my situation is quite unique.

First Up, system info:

Late 2011 15" MBP

2.2Ghz i7

8GB of RAM

500GB of SSD storage

Windows 10

High Sierra (Latest Version)

Second, the issue:

I just used bootcamp last night, and, with a few hiccups (installing some bootcamp drivers that bricked the windows installation, for one) it worked. One thing that I had to do in order to make windows boot completely was to go into recovery mode and turn off the "csrutil". After that, windows boots up fine, with a few minor issues that I can live with. However, MacOS does not boot up at all now. It did work fine immediately after I disabled the csrutil, but it has since stopped. When I boot with the 'alt' key pressed down, I can select the MacOS drive fine, but after waiting forever, it boots into windows. I have also tried recovery mode, both regular and internet, and neither works. After it goes through the Apple/Internet loading screen, it just has a blank screen. Any ideas how this works (or doesn't)? I'm thinking that I shouldn't have left csrutil disabled for 3 windows installations, but that's just me.
