Apple ID is disabled, but changing the password didnt fix. What do I do?

Is changing the account's password the only thing that you did, have you also done : What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support ? If you have done that, contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
