Has anyone imported Adobe Encore subtitles into DVDSP ?

I've got a whole load of Encore subtitle files I need into DVDSP.

Any idea of a program that will convert to DVDSP format from Encore text file format?

how to open a .DVDproj file. Want to convert to .mp3 I have several older "movies" I created which have .DVDproj suffixes. I cannot open them. My desire is to open and convert them to .mp3 files.
