P service ?

As far as searching this doesn't exist. Since I updated Safari but not sure if it's anything to do with it, Something asks to make changes asking for my password and Safari crashes at the same time, the only related thing is this P service trying to connect to download.interfacehelper.com.

Any ideas ?

The trouble is not knowing when the crash will occur.

To extend on details, (using Little Snitch Network Monitor) apart from the P also found ... 07106909-080B-477C-A68D-75BFE92E55E1 which came from a created folder "/Users/Coffee/Library/Application Support/4B95187E-C217-4CB2-858C-7947A62810F9/07106909-080B-477C-A68D-75BFE92E55 E1".

There are 2 addresses apart from download.interfacehelper.com there is also api.interfacehelper.com, both trace back to BT Openworld.

I took a look at the Safari extensions and found Anysearch 1.2.3 which I had not installed. I've uninstalled it and whatever I could find in Library folders related and now waiting to see if it will behave the same.

Thanks for the help so far.

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.

Safe Mode Startup – El Capitan. also Sierra

If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply.
