Enabling cookies
I've been trying to enable my cookies but can't seem to do so. I have followed the steps of safari- preferences-privacy but then there is not an 'always allow option.

NO IT ISN'T. I'm trying to Access TEXAS GAS SERVICE (to pay my bill) but it replies, "Must Have Cookies Enabled". Checking Safari Preferences, always allow cookies is checked. No way to enable separate entities.
OS10.13.6, Apple Pro Tower 5.1.
I’m trying to access something through my uni portal and it keeps that cookies are disabled so I can’t open it
Try accessing the problem web site without uni porta as a test.
What is uni port?
Cookies are automatically enabled.
If you try to access something by not going through your uni porta, does that work?
I’m not sure but all my other websites are working fine and I’ve never had problems with cookies enabling

Try going to Safari/Preferences/Privacy and uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking. After you are done with that web site, check it again.
