Apple Watch thinks it is up to date. But it is not

I tried updating my Apple Watch to watchOS 5 but it says it is up to date at 4.3.1 I have tried restarting my Apple Watch and iPhone but it hasn’t worked. I was running the iOS 12 beta but I have removed my device from it and it is up to date. HELP!!!
