Apps disappeared since update to iOS 12
My apps are gone from my home screen. I did a backup before I did the update. Tried rebooting iPad but no luck.
Any ideas? Do I have to wait for a fix from Apple..12.1?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding that your apps are missing after recently updating your iPad to iOS 12. I can surely see how this could be concerning. I'm happy to help with this issue.
If you haven't already, swipe right while on the Home screen. It's possible another screen was created that includes your apps. You can also use Search to locate the apps.
Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If necessary you can download past purchases using the steps in the link below:
Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books
Let us know the results. Please include any other troubleshooting steps you may have tried.
