Is Animoji/Memoji Available For iPhone 7plus
it says it’s for iPhone X & later but i don’t see it on my 7 plus so I’m confused

That option requires an iPhone X or newer. The iPhone 7 will not have it.

In cases of hardware or software, the term "later" refers to anything NEWER than the version indicated. An "earlier" version (versus "later") of the iPhone in this case would be an iPhone 7, iPhone 6, etc.
How sad i just updated looking at yt for how but i guess we dont get it ;(
