I have just update system software and now the browsers keeps directing to an apple branded website and stating i have 3 virus and I must clean it. Apple please what is going on? Are guys trying sell some security software to us.

That's not an Apple site and is simply a scam trying to frighten you into buying junk.
You sound like you've installed Adware. Get rid of it with Malwarebytes:

You can't have something that doesn't exist. There are no active virus on the Mac platform.
I downloaded OS 12 update and Safari is not working well. Cant use Java on programs. Web sites have only text only?
