Is there a way to add a workout if I forgot to put on my watch when I left the house?

I did this too since the last person said you could I google it. It worked I didn’t put the calories since that was already tracked in the active minutes and didn’t want to show more than it was. I just wanted to show that I did water arobics that day.


You can add them in the Health app.

  1. Open the Health app.
  2. Swipe down to show the search bar.
  3. Type "Workouts" and tap the first result.
  4. Tap the "+" button at the top right.
  5. Select the activity (if you can't find the exact activity you're looking for, go all the way to the bottom of the list and select "Other")
