I am unable to send emails in mail app since upgrading to IOS 12

I am unable to send emails in mail app since upgrading to IOS 12.

Can anyone assist with this issue.

Try re-entering the username and password in the Settings - Accounts & Passwords.

For your info, I tried to connect to smtp.eclipse.co.uk over port 25 (that's the default SMTP port) but I kept getting disconnected. Perhaps the problem is on the (Eclipse) server side.

Great that you've fixed the problem. However, your outgoing mail server setting isn't secure. I don't know if your mail provider offer secure (SSL/TLS) SMTP connection. If they do, you should use it. The only way to find out is to contact Eclipse support.
