Id apple

my id Apple has been deactivated i can’t update my app or download new app.

contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.

I tried ti follow the istruction but it doesn’t work. My Apple id is linked to the PayPal payment method. I had to disabled the automatic payment of iTunes on paypal and now i can’t uplade my app and download new app
