Can't find Walkie Talkie App
I updated my Apple Watch Series 2 to WatchOS 5 but I can´t find the Walkie Talkie App. Any idea of what happened?

On your iPhone look in the Watch app, My Watch then scroll down and look to see if you have the Walkie-Talkie app available for configuration. If its in the config settings it should be available on your watch.
There are reports that Walkie-Talkie is only available if you have FaceTime configured and enabled on your iPhone. Check and reinstall FT if necessary. See thread Re: Walkie Talkie Not Found?
The other obvious fixes for not finding the app on the watch are the usual suspects,
* Forced reset your watch by pressing and holding both buttons until the Apple appears and your watch starts to reboot.
* Unpair and re-pair the watch to reload the WatchOS again
