App Store greyed out

Hello,

So it's been a while that I cannot use my App Store on my Mac. It's greyed out and the options are unresponsive. I've logged out then tried to log back in, but I have a "an unexpected error occurred while signing in. Fail"

My App Store works under Safe boot mode. So I don't know the reason why.

I've made sure my App Store location was well in France where my Itunes account is located.

So I don't see any solutions.

Thanks

"My App Store works under Safe boot mode."

Here’s part of a Safe Mode boot does ...

  • Verifies your startup disk and attempts to repair directory issues, if needed
  • Loads only required kernel extensions
  • Prevents startup items and login items from opening automatically
  • Disables user-installed fonts
  • Deletes font caches, kernel cache, and other system cache files

Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support

Try disabling startup items in System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Items then restart your Mac and try the App Store.

If that doesn’t help, your Mac’s disk may need repairing.

You can do this by starting up your Mac while holding down the Command + R keys. From there you should be able to access the built in utilities in OS X Recoveryto repair the startup disk and restore OS X.
