No Measure App
After updating to iOS 12 I have no Measure App on my iPhone 6s Plus. I have used the search function but it found nothing. On the App Store it says the 6s Plus is not supported for Measure. Any help? Thanks.

See Use the Measure app on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support. It says 6s or later, which one assumes would include 6s plus. Have you checked your model number in case you have a 6 plus rather than a 6s plus?

Hello,
If I go to settings and choose my name on top of the list it states âThis iPhone 6s Plusâ. I am confused. I know I bought it as a 6s Plus. I still have the box that says iPhone 6s Plus. Wish I could send a pic for you. Thanks for your reply.
The name in Settings->General->About->Name is whatever you want it to be, and you can change it at any time. It has no real relation to the actual model of the iPhone. You could edit it, and call it an iPhone Xs Max if you wanted to.
If you bought the iPhone used, it may have had that name there placed by whoever owned it before you. Or if you restored it from a backup made on a real iPhone 6s plus it would have also taken that name if that's what the iPhone the backup was made from had there.
Hello,
No, I bought it new as an update in a sealed package from Rogers. It has the newer earphone shape and the lightning connection, not sure if this was introduced with the 6 or 6s? I am completely confused. Has Apple deceived me. Maybe time to switch to Samsung.
Please verify the model number at: Settings - General - About - Model = ???
It isn't supported on the 6+ which is what I have. It should be supported on the 6s+.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I thought the 6sPlus was supposed to be supported too.
It says M692CL/A and then if I press the Model area it says A1522. Is this what you needed? Thanks for your reply.
That model number shows as an iPhone 6 Plus, thus no measure app.
A1522 corresponds to an iPhone 6 Plus, not a 6s Plus.
Thus the Measure app is not compatible with it.
The name that you see in Settings>General>About>Name is something that you are able to edit. Did you purchase this phone used?
You are only about the millionth person who has been mistaken about their phone model. đ
Best of luck.
Never mind, mystery solved.
