How to cancel Calm

I subscribed to CALM and only intended for it to be through the free period. Due to confusion during the Florence Hurricane I never got a chance to cancel my EXPENSIVE subscription. I want to do so NOW. Please advise! I do not want or need this!!

Mac mini, macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)
