Podcast App not syncing with Apple Watch

I have struggled with this since the update. I have about 4 podcasts set up in my "Listen" playlist that I have set up to sync with my Apple Watch. I have adjust settings to sync with Listen, but after charging all yesterday eve, all night, and all morning...it's still not syncing. I tried unlocking the watch, opening the app, recharding, etc.

Is anyone else having this problem? It's terribly annoying. There should be a "force sync" button to solve situations like this. There should also be an option to sync while NOT charging on request....
