Screen Time data getting cleared

I installed iOS 12 on Monday and activated Screen Time. It records activity for several hours, but then clears the old data. Checking both my iPhone 6s and my iPad Pro, data from this morning is gone, as is any data from the previous days. I also noticed the same thing happening yesterday.

The only unusual thing I’m doing with Screen Time is using the “Content & Privacy Restrictions” to disable and enable Safari sever times a day when I need to focus on something else.

Has anyone else seen this? Any fixes?
