How do I restore permanently deleted photos back onto my phone? I tried hooking my phone up to my iTunes and restoring the back up, but the only back ups that were available were last months (Augus) and two months BEFORE I actually took the photos I’m looking to restore. How can I recover these?

You can recover them from there."
If you emptied the Recently Deleted album then they are gone.
