My Apple ID is disabled

My Apple ID is disabled. I believe it’s due to my debit card being inactive. I tried to update with my new card numbers and it states, my Apple ID has been disabled.

If you've followed all of the instructions on the page that you posted from (i.e. resetting its password and logging out and back in) contact iTunes Support and see if they can/will re-enable it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
