I was overbilled how do I go about the compliant?

I just finally got my debit card to be linked with my itunes account, so I subscribed for the ‘individual’ package and also increased my iCloud storage to ‘50gig’ the problem is I was billed a lot like four times, which summed everything up to a 11.1USD or so. How do I go about getting a refund

If they are only authorisation holds you shouldn't need to do anything, from the page that I linked to :

Authorization holds are removed by your card issuer after a short time. The exact time it takes to remove authorization requests varies by financial institution.

If you use a debit card, you might see authorization holds as charges on your online statement. These charges are automatically reversed by your financial institution.

If you have questions about the way your card handles authorization requests, contact your financial institution.

If you don't think they are authorisation holds, and you haven't got the card linked to any other iTunes account, contact the card issuer.
