If i buy a macbook in china, is it possible to have the UK app store

I aim to buy a macbook but will need access to the UK app store. Is this possible?

Hey guys My brother is living in us but am currently living in dubai which we use uk plug i wanted my brother to place an order through us apple store so i can customize the mac mini but i cant see an option requesting an uk plug ? Is there anyway to get a uk plug in the us store ?

Download US apps in the UK I have a UK apple ID but there is one app from the US app store I need! (Google Fi) Is there a way I can download it without having to change my apple ID and lose all the subscriptions etc I already have? I saw someone say you can switch between apple ID's so unsure if that works? Or maybe I can download via my mac?
