HomePod 'Snooze' function won't work after iOS 12

Received a call from Apple today saying they were able to duplicate the problem on their end and expect to have an update for the HomePod soon. Maybe not in the iOS12.1 update when it comes out but very soon.

I cannot test it myself just now, but another option is to set multiple alarms. I do this with my iPhone too in case I tap the wrong button when I'm rudely awoken.

Talking of HomePod alarms, I cannot currently review them in the Home app. Do you see that too?

I spoke with 2 people at Apple Support today. We did a lot of trouble shooting over the phone for about 45 minutes with no resolution. One gentleman said he would call me back on Sunday as I had a meeting to go to.

I told them this problem was being reported here online as well as other places on the web. They said it's best that someone actually calls them so they are made aware of the problem. So it wouldn't hurt to call... Now that they are aware of the problem hopefully it's just a bug that will be fixed with an update.

I will report back on Sunday (Sept 23rd) only if the problem is solved.

SNOOZE NOW WORKS!!!!!!

The iOS 12.1 update for HomePod just showed up in my HomeKit this morning on Nov 3rd. It is a 3GB Download and will take about 10 minutes or more to install. Your HomePod Version will be 12.1.

Yes, I'm experiencing this as well. 'Hey Siri, snooze' does not generate the 'snoozing' response from Siri or a 2nd alarm. It just turns the alarm off.

SUPPORT - The issue has not been Solved as of yet.

I am calling ever two week such a simple thing they removed with huge impacts. I have 9 Homepods we replaced the alarm clocks.

Still not working after the ios 12.1 update. I've put a call in to Apple as well.

Very disappointing this is some simple but has serious impact on capabilities. Thank you for posting I will also call again this weekend
