I was watching A 5min video in Facebook while no other running at the background. The the screen got stuck in the video. I tried to sliding the screen with my finger . Still nothing the. After 10 min then screen goes of just the back light of the display stayed on for 20 mins then then the phone was heating up ( rear panel below the camera section the. The heat travel throughout the aluminium chassis ) I quickly took of the cover and put it under fan to cool down . Then I tried to turn on the few time nothing worked ! The phone was like dead . Try connecting with my Mac / fail to detect the iPhone , then I tried to plug lighting cable to the wall power adapter about 5 hours still can’t turn on . Never encountered this with all my previous apple devices before
