Cancel auto renew

I downloaded an app with a free trial. I am trying to cancel so I won’t be billed beyond but can’t find the way to cancel auto-renew.

I paid an annual fee for an APP I now want to cancel before it's renewal date. Following the cancel APP instructions, there are only options to renew by month, quarterly, or annually. Cancel is not an option. CancellingWalkFit app but not given options other than renewing. What should I do?
