Why is money being taken from my account iTunes?

I don’t use iTunes so why is money being taken from my account I noticed this morning? I have been trying all morning to get some sort of support and I have been bought to this page I am not happy about that these sneaky little things happen imagine rhe amount over time??? My bank or card details aren’t complete on my account and I have no subscriptions how is this happening I’m so mad right now. Please help and who can I contact about this?

If the only indication of the charges is from an email or text, be aware that it may be a phishing attempt to get you to log in to a site that appears to be Apple and divulge your password or credit card information. See: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

and Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


You can use the following instructions to determine if it is a real charge, what it is for, and to report a problem: Get help with an item purchased from the App Store, iTunes Store, or iBooks Store - Apple Support

If you have a recurring charge for the same amount, see: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
