Due to an update by apple I am not longer able to use my Zeppelin air speaker, it seems this is a problem ALL zeppelin air owners have. How can I fix this/get apple to fix this?

I own a Zeppelin air and now itunes says it is no longer compatible with this version of itunes.

I checked on the bowers and wilkins website and it seems this is an issue for all owners and they say they cannot do anything as it is an itunes issue.

So, how can I fix this, or how can I get/ask Apple to fix it? :S
