I can not add new music to iPod Nano

I got a new computer, I downloaded iTunes. I have an ipod nano gen 6 with lots of storage left. I can not add new music to it. I drag the song I want to the music on my ipod but it just will not allow me to add the music. I do not get an error at all.

Itunes will not show music in Ipod touch after I plug it in Hello, I recently got a new computer. However, today I tried to add music to my Ipod Touch (6th gen) and forgot that this was the first time I did it. I was able to put my music onto my itunes. However, when I plug my Ipod Touch into the computer, it says I have no songs inside the Ipod Touch despite it having 2223 songs in it. I have tried to sync it too but it says there's no room when there is definitely room, I transfered my songs directly from my Ipod Touch to my computer. I have already tried resetting my ipod and reinstalling Itunes and it still has the same bug. Here are some screenshots My ipod itself is fine and the songs are still in it but I cannot add songs to it. Any help would be appreciated.

Apple music songs cannot be copied to an iPod Hi, I've been reading the forums for a while trying to resolve this situation. I have an iPod nano and have just recently started to use it in the car, so I thought I'd update the music since everything was pretty old on there! So, I signed up to iTunes and downloaded quite a lot of music. However, I'm getting an error: 'Some of the items in the library were not copied to the iPod because Apple Music songs cannot be copied to and iPod'. I can't seem to get this to work and I'm sure Apple wouldn't purposely let me buy a load of music which I can only play on my laptop... Could somebody please enlighten me as to how I get this to work? Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks, Richard

iPod Classic 7th Gen Shows Up & Lists in Apple Music, Wont play or edit, just option for Delete from Manage Storage I have an iPod Classic 7th Gen that shows up and lists in apple music, won't play the songs or allow edit other than delete from Manage Storage. I previously had this set up using a Windows pc, now trying to access on my iMac. Am I missing something? I'd like to be able to play the songs on my iMac with my iPod and also edit song titles, etc as you used to be able to do in iTunes. What is going on, what can I do? Thanks.

See Recover media from an iPod and copy off the existing content if you weren't able to transfer the library from a previous computer. See Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using iTunes on your computer - Apple Support to set up syncing with your library.

Apple Music is not compatible with an iPod Nano.
