License agreement flubbed ios12

I’m getting a white blank dialogue box when the ios12 license agreement screen pops up. I went to update my iOS apps from the update section under the App Store. iOS 12 then informed me that the licensing terms from apple has changed and asked me if I wanted to continue? I selected yes and now it is hung up. I also tried this on my iPhone x with the same result? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
