Downloading music from iPhone

My 17" MBP recently died and instead of spending a lot of money to replace it with another MBP, I decided to consolidate everything on my ASUS ROG laptop. I synched both of my iPhones to my laptop, but the music doesn't transfer over (and I made the mistake of checking the sync your music with this computer - as I was rushed for time - and it wiped out my music library on my iPhone X). I still have my older phone which also has my entire library, but there is no obvious way to get the music to download from that iPhone to the iTunes on my remaining laptop. My MBP was backed up with Time Machine, and I have the hard drive from the dead MBP - but neither will help me out when trying to set up my iTunes on my PC laptop. This is not only annoying - it's ridiculous, as you can only sync your iPhone with one computer at a time - and I paid for every song that's on my iPhone (that was on my now dead MBP). Is there an easy solution for resolving this (downloading my music library from my iPhone to iTunes on my PC laptop)? Thanks.

iPhone SE, iOS 11.4.1

If the music is from the iTunes store, download it again to your PC.

iTunes for Windows: Download previous purchases from the iTunes Store

If it was CD based music, Apple has no tools to extract that from your iPhone. Maybe a 3rd party does, so Google might help.
