Updating Billing info

How do I delete an old card and then select none for payment and just use iTunes cards? I cannot update my payment method and it says my account has been associated with to many debit/credit cards, I added a 15.00 iTunes card but I still cannot update my apps or buy anything.

iTunes Billing My credit card expired and I'm trying to replace it with a new credit card in the iTunes billing page, but it won't let me do anything. I can't delete or edit my old card, and it won't allow my to "add" a new one.
