apple watch series 4 install apps stuck

I am trying to install some third-party apps on my apple watch. However, all the apps start spinning endlessly for a day. There is no progress tracking on the apple watch and no apps are installed on the apple watch. in the iphone's apple watch apps, all these apps show the stop sign with a circle spinning around it.

I have tried several methods, but nothing works.

I tried to stop and re-install, but the same phenomenon happens.

I tried to close the apple watch app and re-start, but did not work.

I tried to re-start the iphone and apple watch, but still not working.

I tried to unpair and repair the apple watch, still no luck.

I have ran out of idea, but the apps are still not installed.

Please prove me some valid suggestions to solve this problem.

PS. Both the apple watch and iphone are updated to the latest version.

Thank you very much for the answer.

In fact, I have tried all the methods including the network reset, but still not work.

However, this morning it resolved itself. It can be solved by only connecting to the chargers (both iPhone and apple watch), and the apps instantly start to install automatically.

This is so weird, but it works for me.
