my iPad running IOS 12 doesn't allow me to Delete Apps

Since upgrading to IOS 12on my iPad Pro, I cannot see "Restrictions" in the "General Settings" to allow me to Delete some of my Apps. How also do I view the Apps within iTunes on my iMac as I can't locate them to delete either?

In iOS 12 restrictions has been moved.

It is now in Settings->Screen Time->Content & Privacy Restrictions

On a Mac, App Management was removed in iTunes 12.7. Any version since no longer has a way to see and manage your Apps.
