I just purchased a new iPhone X max. I need to return my current iPhone X. Apparently the value is $550 or $525. I was supposed to be receiving a package from Apple that would let me ship it to them. Can you please let me know about that?
I think you are right regarding them being busy - I saw some footage from an Apple store with lots of people who had camped out the night before to snag a phone or two.
