I just bought an Apple series 1 watch from a friend brand new out of package never been used. But it’s black can I exchange it at the Apple store for a rose gold one?

The only thing is I opened the plastic cover on the box but the sticker on the Watch are intact. exactly how it was packaged

No. Apple no longer sells the Series 1, and will not refund it after more than 14 days have past since it was bought.

You can trade it in, and get some value out of it, you can use towards the purchase of a new one, or sell it and again use the money towards the purchase of a new one.
