Safari won't open due to "being update"?

Safari won't open, because it says it's being updated?

OBS,MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2010)

Hi Eric

I did a restart and it worked. All back to normal. There seemed to be a problem with Spotlight. Not sure what happened but all good now. Thanks for your reply.

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.
