Software for a negative digitiser

I am looking for new software for my negative digitiser Silver Crest SND 3600 B1. The current software is from 2015 and does not work on OS X 10.13.5 which is on my MacBook. I cannot find this on internet.

MacBook Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.5)

It is up to the manufacturer of third party devices to maintain compatibility with newer operating systems. Check with the manufacturer for updates.
