Hi, apple music isn't accepting my card details, it's a mastercard but they are telling me to use another one which i don't have, what's going on.

I understand that your credit card details are not being accepted as a valid payment method. Take a look at the following support article for information and steps to take if a payment method is declined.

If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue in the App Store or iTunes Store

If these steps are not helpful, then there is a link to contact Apple Support at the bottom of the article.
