How do i retrieve chat messages initiated with Apple Support representative.
I was hoping I would get some answer to my query but before we could get to the solution we lost connection.
I will appreciate any suck resolution.

Hi Eric,
Reloaded the page unfortunately the chat messages were not visible. I am guessing the chat was purely invisible.
I hope I get sorted out though.
Activation Lock tried all possible remedies seems I must have forgotten my initial Apple Id
Have you tried reloading the web page you were on? Other than that, I don't think there is a way.
