Can I get a refund from the Apple Music individual plan?

Two days ago, there was an reciept email from Apple Music. A year individual subscription was charged. Before that, I plan to change from an individual to family sharing plan. But my account was previously set ‘automatic renew’ from last year, and I have time to change the plan. Could I ask for a refund of a year individual plan subscription to family sharing plan instead?

Use the ‘report a problem’-link in the invoice email to go to a form on the Apple website for that specific purchase, to explain your circumstances and do your request.
