My ipad won't take a charge and it doesn't turn on

Have you attempted to use a different lightning cable as well by any chance? Often it’s the simple things.

If neither of these are of assistance it may be best to take your device in to your local Apple Store in order for it to be looked at.

How old is ipad you may need a new battery Make an appointment at Apple store.

But first try a reboot press the power & menu button hold both down until you see apple logo.
