iOS 12 not getting installed
My iOs 12 is not getting installed after getting downloaded. I’ve tried to install it a couple of times but it always ends up saying “an error occurred can’t install iOS 12

Hello, please I have the same issue with iOS 12 refusing to install after I’ve downloaded it. Please what do you mean by over-the-air- iOS update?
An "over-the-air iOS update" is an update done without using iTunes.
