Dr Antivirus

Hi all I purchased a few months ago from Apple Dr Antivirus. It has been running for over a day so far and is now saying I have 99 Virus's.

Please help.

iMac (27-inch, Late 2013), iOS 11.1.2, I am actually using Version 10.13.6

You can't have something that has yet to exist in macOS. There are lots of Trojans out there, of which not a single AV software package will stop you from installing.

Since you say it's from Apple, I presume you mean you got it through the App Store. Anything there is neither sold by, or endorsed by Apple. They exist solely because they passed the necessary rules to allow inclusion. Not a single piece of software in the App Store that claims to be anti-virus is worth one cent of your money or time, and can't do what they claim. This also applies to any AV software outside of the App Store. Such as Avast, Symantec, whatever. They are all 100% useless.

I highly doubt this app found anything, other than lots of false positives. Unless it found lots of adware and incorrectly classified them as a virus. But I doubt it. And it ran for a full day?!! Get rid of this junk!

If you want to try something that is actually useful at detecting junk you may have installed, use MalwareBytes for Mac.
