Can't select "Agree" to Apple Media Services Terms and Condition

I just tried to purchase some music on Itunes and got redirected to the new terms and conditions page. I tried to click "I have read and agree to these terms and conditions" but the Agree button can't be clicked. I've scrolled down to the bottom of the page but still no luck.

Anyone knows how to resolve this? Thanks in advance!
